Please note additional charges may apply to orders of a large volume or weight and may be calculated during the processing of the order.

 
APRIL COVID19 UPDATE.

Due to Covid 19 causing disruptions to deliveries abroad we have changed our carrier services to UPS. There may be an increased cost at this time and significant delays due to postal disruption.

Please be aware of this when ordering.

Delivery within the U.K. may problematic at this time and there may also be delays. We may need to deliver via Hermes, DHL, UPS or other carriers which may change the delivery costs.

We are trying to maintain our service to customers so would ask you to please be patient.  Let us know if your delivery hasn’t arrived by 14 days after your order was placed.

We will be using Royal Mail First Class tracked services until further notice for U.K. deliveries.

Deliveries abroad will be sent by UPS tracked which unfortunately has caused us to have significantly increased costs. As soon as normal circumstances return we will endeavour to reduce our delivery charges back to previous levels.

We are delighted to say we can ship Worldwide.

If you'd like to have your order shipped as a gift, let us know and we can remove billing information and send it direct to your preferred destination.

Please remember that all our products are handmade and generally made to order. With that in mind, please allow between 10-14 days for your order to arrive. We always try to get orders out much faster, but cannot guarantee to do so.

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

We love our collars, and trust that you will too, but if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase we can offer you an exchange if the product is returned unworn (and in shipped condition) within 14 days of purchase. 

If for some reason your collar gets to you and appears damaged and/or defective, please let us know and we will arrange for a return/exchange once we have received the goods back from you.
